The box, as other reviewers have said, is beautiful. It's a lovely place to store my coins the drawers slide smoothly and in a really pleasing way. The compartments are well made and nicely lined. All in all a quality item and a pleasure to see and use. Communication was great. Only one small small complaint: I unexpectedly got some customs import charges (exports from the Italy to the UK post Brexit attract a charge if the goods are bought from a retailer for a value exceeding £135). It would've been nice to have known about it ahead of time. In any case I gladly paid it to get the lovely chest.
