This is an attractive Victorian jewellery box made around 1870. It's veneered in walnut with inlay adorning the top and front. The combination of walnut with Tunbridge,lovely colours which gives a great effect as seen in the photos. Ware style bands was quite popular during the last quarter of the 1800's and featured on a wide range of boxes. The interior has been completely covered by us in a beautiful golden yellow velvet and with soft divisions to hold your rings.
